The idea is simple: the recipe of the hobby beer was used as a basis, but the seasoning got a twist. Like a chef does with a Bouquet Garnie, ginger and hibiscus were added.
This wheat beer, brewed by hand and refermented in the bottle, is unfiltered and unpasteurised, and has an alcohol percentage of 5.5%.
