Tradition revived: The comeback of my hobby beer

My classic that started it all. Still brewed on a small scale and authentically according to the centuries-old Leuven tradition. Be aware, because this is always limited available.

Previously, this beer bore the name of my street, but the lack of politeness rules of a neighboring beer giant forced me to change the name of the beer. As a reminder of how people should treat each other, I decided to call the beer Etikett*. The 19 refers to 2019, the year the hobby beer saw the light of day.

This wheat beer, brewed by hand and refermented in the bottle, is unfiltered and unpasteurised, and has an alcohol percentage of 5.5%. 

Ingredients: water • barley malt • wheat malt • oat flakes • Saaz and Styrian hops • sugar • citric acid (E330) • sweetener • coriander • curaçao • top yeast 
Energy: 182 kJ / 44 kcal per 100 ml
